This is a rough UI concept for a slim and expandable music player widget for tablet devices.
The main purpose for this video was to show functionality and usability, please don’t pay too much attention to design and animation details ;)
I wanted to give HTML5 & Javascript a try, and I stumbled upon EaselJS by gskinner.com. It’s an API loosely based on Flash’s display list. Since I know a bit of Actionscript 3 it was fairly easy to get this experiment up and running.
I decided to make myself a new simple & clean desktop wallpaper. So why not share it? However I’m lazy, it’s only available in 1440×900 and 1366×768.

I was just playing around for a couple of hours, this is what I ended up with.
My six year old niece Nellie made me this little cat and gave it to me as a Xmas gift. She knows I like cats, and since I don’t have one she made me one. It’s quite simple really, now I have cat!
In August I got married to my lovely wife Karin, here’s some illustrations I made for our wedding invitation, thank you cards, etc. And there are two bonus photos of the happy couple inside the post… :)
I’m trying to improve my Silo and Zbrush skills. This 3d character is still WIP. I built the base mesh in Silo and I started to add details in Zbrush. My goal is to learn how to create hard surface details in Zbrush, which is a challenge so far. I hope I will find time to continue this project soon…
This piece of evidence clearly states that kids become more creative by using Apple products. The Apple Wireless keyboard in the photo got pimped by my colleagues kid at the office. It sure does look a lot more interesting than before…
Here’s a small toy monster I created over the weekend. My goal was to create another character for my Monsters of Malmö project, but I’m not sure this guy will be part of that gang… However, he deserves a name. Got any ideas? Shoot me a comment!
Here’s where I ended up with the last character that I created. This little guy is far from perfect, but I’m tired of him now. I will leave him as he is an start modelling something new… :)
Work in progress, won’t say more than that. This image is rendered with Octane Render. However, I’m having problems with the materials, some kind of artifacts appear which makes the character look dirty… To be continued.
